A skincare line born from her deep connection to water: “I have always been magically drawn to water. Its seductive weightlessness and powerful energy fascinate me. On the shores of Lugano, kissed by radiant sun and gently carried by the lake’s waves, I brought OQUA to life.”
Who is Franziska?
Water runs like a golden thread through Franziska Lerch’s life.
Raised in the Rhine city of Basel, she moves to Rome at 22 to become a makeup artist. In the Italian capital, she spends her free hours by the Tiber or along the Mediterranean coasts.
Her professional dream comes true: Franziska becomes a sought-after makeup artist, working for over ten years with renowned fashion houses, advertising productions and the television broadcaster RAI – Radiotelevisione Italiana.
In 2010, she returns to Switzerland and establishes the makeup school «Glow» in Lugano. In parallel, she works for 16 years as Retail Manager for L’Oréal Produits de Luxe Switzerland.
During this time, she manages iconic brands like Giorgio Armani, Lancôme and Yves Saint Laurent. Her already profound expertise in makeup expands to include comprehensive know-how in skincare.
